Happy Chinese New Year! 3rd day of CNY today. What am I doing? Preparing my tutorials for next week. I've got 10 tutorials during the 5 days intensive summer course next week. Not to mention the 10 lectures squeezed in as well. I still have 5 more tutorials to prepare, as all the tute questions and e-readings need to be done before attending the tutorials. I'd figured i'll be dead tired by Day 1, so I really should cut myself some slack and try to finish my e-readings & tutes before the week starts.

5 days. 10 lectures. 10 tutorials. 9am - 5pm.

It was good to have a quiet CNY, although i miss having CNY with extended family. The laughter, jokes, mahjong sessions, food and most importantly, the company with loved ones.

Urgh i can't believe uni's about to start!! Another brand new year! I still haven't got my school for my 3rd and final teaching prac yet. I was supposed to get it by the end of last year but i still haven't got it yet. The reason being to get your school by the end of last year is that so you can get in touch with the school and get yourself familiarised with the school environment and students before you actually commence teaching in the teaching prac. The teaching prac starts end of April for 6 weeks. I will be teaching about 2/3 of the time in Term 2.
