Woah...
Salisbury High School - 3 students were arrested because of schoolyard brawl... 2 students charged and 1 with head injuries... These are GIRLS..... brawling.....schoolyard fight turned out of control. Police had to intervene because the student needed to go to hospital. I think it's Year 9 girls (14 year olds)...

Scary....
just last week Golden Grove boy was handcuffed away because he (year 10 - 15 year old) stabbed another Year 1o boy with a pen knife, during a lunchtime fight.

The last 2 weeks in my school, the Year 8 - 9s have been fighting alot as well as well with a few Year 10s. Violence are on the rise (not sure why) but aggressive behavious have been noted... Friendly shoving turns into provoked swearings and fists throwing and turns into fists punching and more vulgar verbal abuse and confrontational and stand-off fights. I had two Year 8 boys at the end of my lesson started doing that. One thing led to another and then there were some arm punching but me and my mentor broke them up. Although one of their Year 10 friends decided to take revenge during lunchtime and seeked the other guy out to bash him up. The one who started and provoked the first fight was eventually suspended for 2 days. The Year 10 boy who took revenge on the Year 8 boy was also suspended for a day. I wasn't scared about me getting hurt but it was more of to stop one another getting hurt. But yea, I never thought of any weapons would come out when they fight (hopefully not). If so, it is to get the other students at the scene to safety first..... then... call for backup lol...

It's like i'm talking mumbo jumbo at the moment. I'm just so stressed at the moment because it's SOOOOOo awkward working under someone (my mentor) when we have our misunderstanding on Friday. The misunderstanding involved 2 other people hence it is complicated. But now i just don't want to be part of anymore's problems. cos it wasn't my problem in the first place.
