I will be accounting for my daily food intake and publicise how much I eat.... If it's something that I can make others responsible for viewing my food intake, at least that will hold me more accountable for what I eat. Hehe
Here goes for today's food intake:
- 3 cups of tea with milk [no sugar] (morning, afternoon, night)
- 1 toast with Proactive margarine, avacado & almond spread
- 1 choc chip hot cross bun
- udon noodles with veges (lunch - self made noodle soup)
- dinner @ Ming's Palace (bowl of rice, Kai Lan veges, Peking Duck, salt & pepper squid, pork belly with yam hotpot)
THat's all I had for today..... the list doesn't look that extensive but I think can cut down on the portion of it... I'm aiming to eat only like 1/2 of my meal or less than 3/4 of the usual portion I take. :) That usually works for people; if you can't cut down on the number of meals a day, cut down on the portion and deduct any sugar in your tea or coffeee. Having 3 cups of tea or coffee a day will cut down alot of sugar intake and it can accumulate to quite alot of sugar if your drink so often.

yea, I like my tea... looking at my list, i kinda replaced water with tea..... or rather, I'd left water out ALOT....
