Time will not and cannot wait for you, even if you are not ready. It's about that time again when the holidays are over and it's time go back to work. Long hours, 24/7 draining (in some aspects) work. So I might not be working 24/7 but the mental exhaustion is still there..... Thank GOd I had 6 weeks annual leave over Dec and Jan... It's considered as our annual leave as it coincide with the school holidays. THus, you can't really take "annual leave" in between the year.... There are a week in April, 3 or 4 weeks in July and 2 weeks break in Oct during hte school year which we call it "stand down time". I guess this is the time where you aren't really supposed to be on 'Holiday'; it's just working without the children. Bleh....

8.5 hours until my flight... 5 hours before a family friend comes & fetch us to airport..... 4 hours to really finish packing.... possibly 6 hours of staying in Darwin airport before catching a cab to home.... 6 days until first day back at school.... 2 months 24 days until my 24th birthday..... man... I'm getting old.... :S :S Better hurry and get married..... 24 edi.... yikes! I"m no girl anymore! (but secretly, can one, on the inside). ;) You know what they say, old on the outside, young on the inside; that's why they are always young at heart!
