I made oreo cookies & cream cheesecake on Sunday arvo. [this time i didn't modify anything stated on the recipe except I made the base a bit thicker & added almond flakes on top of cheesecake].
I brought it to uni for my friends to try [& also a way of finishing the cheesecake faster & put on the pounds myself!] & they said very nice. lol... In my opinion, what I'll do next time to make it *better, is probably reduce the amount of Philly cheese in it & sugar & abit less oreo in the base :P
