1st day @ uni

Hehehe...was supposed to blog yesterday or something, but didn't get around to it just yet.

So... here I am...blogging @ uni.. hahaha.. procrastinating in walking back home cos it's hot & I've got a headache creeeping up.

Had a lecture this morning...well.. actually at 12noon... ~~ there were quite a lot of people doing that topic. I suppose there's quite many who's studying to become teachers. ~~ After that, i went to that and then proceeded to having lunch at the cafeteria. It's the first time I've visited there ~~ quite lovely actually. Then so coincidentally, saw Andrew at the cafe. Well, I guess during lunch time, it's either you meet people there or u don't! Cos that's the only cafe there but there's another smaller cafe in another part of the campus.

After that I got my subject reader; expected the place to be full of ppl buying readers but surprisingly, there's only 1 other person there!! lol...

Anyhow... yea i need to walk back home soon, cos I didn't bring my next classes' material with me... My next class start in 1.5 hrs' time. I didn't wanna bring it with me this morning cos I knew I don't wanna carry so many things in my bag; too heavy. Wanna make it as light as possible. Hehehe.. fortunately for me, i did the right thing, cos i just bought my reader and it's quite thick! Plus the change he gave me ($7 in $1 & 50c coins!!) added to my load!!! :(

So many readings to do....so many journals to do.... so many reflective pieces to do.... I couldn't sleep last night because i freaked out at the amount of readings i needed to do for 1st week already, despite going to sleep early.

I also found out there's not much sporting activities going on in my campus's sport centre. There's not even a "gym" ... It's more of a "weightlifting" area... not my type :( To shoot basketball ~~ like a casual entry ~~ it's $3... in Flinders it used to be $1 but now increase to $2. Man... i guess i need to find alternative sports... haha, eg... go running around the lake?? Hmm, running/walking by the lake seems romantic but not when u're alone & gasping for breathes!! Hehehe

Anyways, my procrastination has ended... Need to walk home now.
