Negativity

Have you ever been around people who are just pure pessimists? I've came across a couple in my time ~ it's just a topic I've randomly started thinking.... What good does pessimisism do to them? Or rather, why are they being so negative ALL the timE? I came up with a few points, but not to say they are the conclusions.

1) they are being too noble to the point where everything can be improved (as seen by them), thus everything they are currently doing or have done, is just not good enough. They think they can do betta.

2) they don't like themselves; they loathe themselves; it's not good to not love yourself. In reality, if you don't love yourself, you can never be able to love someone else wholly and fully. How can you give yourself to another person when you yourself cannot even give to yourself? Hope that makes sense.

3) this follows on from (1), where if you keep being too damn noble and keep putting down yourselves in front of others, what is their image of you then? Noble? Nice? Noo... the answer is, they lose faith in you as a friend, lose faith in your determination and confidence, and just believing you in what you actually say about yourself. This is the part where it really gets to me. I'm thinking, heck! Stop lowering yourself like that! It's not called noble. It's not called honest. You're being stupid! Dumb! No matter how much people keep telling you that you are worth something and complete opposite to how/what you describe yourself, you don't believe them (maybe you do believe, but your mouth says the opposite)

I LOVe Ikea for its poached Salmon meal. Absolutely delicious.... Why? Because it's only $9.95 and you get a poached salmon topped with holondaise sauce with chips or potatoes with baby carrots, long beans & broccoli. It's yum! Technically Ikea is famous for its meatballs but I've had enough of meatballs and I don't get to eat fish that often (because I'm picky in seafood; how it's cooked, bones or fishy smell) and poached salmon is nice :)

Arrrrrhhh, don't wanna go back to work..... :( But I guess I have no more to complain about since everyone has already gone back to work this week and I still have like 2 more weeks :S But still, I wouldn't be here anymore and I will miss Adelaide......
