New skin

I'd thought it would be nice to change the ever boring blog skin of mine.... There is none to choose from blogger.com templates. Or rather, there is none (exciting & nice) to choose from in blogger.com templates.

I bought my family and my dear all a Forever Friends bear holding their name initial. I only took a photo of my dear's bear.....

Cute or not? It's inside a plastic cover, so it doesn't show as nice as it originally is.

Hehe, the only part I left out is why i bought my family and bf this. I just can't resist myself buying one for myself ~ actually because of its usual price of around $20 per bear (the small size of about 10cm tall), it is always a hot sizzle for my wallet if I buy a non-sensical, non-practical, small AND expensive soft toy, which I can never "PLAY" with it except to place it in my cupboard, displaying its nice presence there. So.....the reason I got these bears is cos, they are on sale!! I squeeled in delight when I passed by the newsagency in Marion Shopping Centre & my eyes just went from "o.o" to "O.O"!! Then I started picking out the initial for myself. Then I thought hmm, why not get my bf one... (I had trouble finding his name initial but found it), then I thought hmm, why not get my bro one... (harder to find his name initial but in the end also found it), then I thought why not get my mum & daddy one... (my dad's name initial was the hardest to find.....actually I wanted to find D for Daddy but cannot see any... then also can't see L for Law....then while digging the heaped of bears for a long time, i came across B..then I'm like oo, B for Ba, okay la....... That will do. lol. I think my dad had the 'what is my daughter ploughing through the bears for what? Already got so many in her hands still looking for more' look..... He did come up to me halfway through my searching and gave me a shoulder nudge and said 'what are you buying? sheeshhhh....' I told him to 'sssshhh.... I want to buy...' Then he left me alone ~ hehehe....

After paying my money, I walked happily up to my dad to proceed to go to Big W to buy his tissue. Then he said in a cute daddy tone 'sam pat po..' hahaha. Cos I was grinning from ear to ear about my purchases... I never feel so good about buying soft toys before....Hahaha, usually when I buy soft toys (seldom buy also), i will feel guilty cos it cost so much for 1.... This time i got a bargain at 1/4 of the usual price. No idea why they sell at a low price la, but I'm happy that it's not a fake/pirated soft toy (like pirated DVD those things) as it still had proper tags like the $20 ones in gift shops.
