Jaffles

.

Taaa daa..... decided to blog about food this time. Jaffles, to be more precise. It's my new found love for bread again. Actually, it's re-visiting my old time favourite. Jaffles. Here it's what it looks like (the end product):

Jaffles is really two pieces of bread 'kiapped' together and the stuffing inside can be anything. Mine is cheese with sugar. It's totally a great snack, especially if you have kids to entertain or even guests.

I got this product from Breville which is awesome, which does exactly the top. http://www.breville.com.au/products_detail.asp?prod=190

You can buy the sandwich maker either in two-sandwich-maker or four-sandwich maker. I've got the 2, since I don't really have much use for making 4 sandwiches all the time??

Not sure if Asians have eaten this before (jaffles) but it's definitely popular among young Aussies. I'd recommend this to anyone, for snack, entertainment, young, old (not that old).
