Yr 12 Test!

I have to admit, I feel kinda bad that my Year 12 students (a couple of them) are failing. It's not my fault.. well, i came halfway through the year and they were already failing so, not much i can do there but they passed on my assignment but found out their overall grade end of last term. It was shocking for them (i wonder if denial & acceptance place any part in it) and thus this term for their last assignment & test, they are very not motivated. SIgh....

Oh well...... but i'm going to have a hard time marking these tests (although only 3 of them)... cos alot of programming to look through; whether they did any modifications to it or not as expected. Bleh....

I had another observation this morning and it went well. Haha, how can it not go well considering there is only 2 students in my class (another one is on an excursion) + 2 other students whom i'm mentoring now in the same class as well. She only stayed for 5 minutes in the class and said good. and Left. hehehe. yea, nothing much i can do but she saw a student asking me what is that button and what does it do? (Cos I'm teaching them about Flash now) and I explained to the student what it does and showed him an example on the comp. It worked! Bear in mind i tried this a couple of mths ago and it didn't work. Hehe so yea, i think i'm good with "Content Knowledge" on the observation report. :)
